OMG Group is a diversified trading group based in St Petersburg, Russia. OMG was established as a private company in 1999 and its activities encompass a broad range of expertise:

OMG has a number of port interests in St Petersburg and the surrounding area. OMG operates Onega Sea Port Cargo Terminal in St Petersburg. The terminal provides the only RoRo facility in Russia and currently handles the import of Nissan cars. In addition, it operates a terminal in St Petersburg Port for the export of timber.

The Vyborg Port was acquired by OMG in 2007. It is a multi-purpose port on the Baltic Sea, near the Finnish border. It has 13 berths, currently handling passengers, containers, general cargoes and bulk cargoes.

OMG set up the Vyborg Shipping company in 2007, with the objective of establishing its own shipping fleet over the next few years.
ScanMarine Ltd - OMG is well known in Russia and abroad primarily due to the activities of its leading insurance & reinsurance broker. It places business into both the Russian and international markets. The main international classes of business handled are Marine, Cargo and Aviation.

Scandinavia Insurance Company Ltd - an insurance and reinsurance company. The main international lines of business written are: Marine Hull & Machinery, P&I and Cargo. It has a Financial Strength rating of ‘B-’ and an Issuer Credit Rating of ‘bb-’ from AM Best.
